Pasta Pancake

                    - 4 C. cooked spaghetti or other pasta shopping list
 - 4 slices bacon shopping list
 - ¼ C. chopped onion shopping list
 - ¼ C. chopped red and green pepper shopping list
 - 2 eggs, lightly beaten shopping list
 - 2 T. cream shopping list
 - ¼ C. grated parmesan cheese shopping list
 - ¼ tsp. dried oregano shopping list
 - fresh basil, snipped (or 1/4 tsp. dried) shopping list
 - garlic pepper seasoning to taste shopping list
 - dash cayenne pepper shopping list
 - 2 tsp. butter shopping list
 - 1 T. extra virgin olive oil shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - Cook bacon crisp, remove from skillet add onion and peppers to skillet and cook till tender.
 - Remove from skillet to mixing bowl. Crumble bacon into bowl, add remaining ingredients except butter and EVOO.
 - In a large skillet, heat oil and butter. Add the spaghetti mixture, spreading it evenly.
 - Cook the pancake over med heat until its bottom is golden brown, about 10 min.
 - Flip the pancake over to cook the other side, or slide it onto a plate and back into the skillet.
 - Cook for another 8-10 min so that it is nicely browned on both sides.
 - Slide it onto a plate, and serve immediately.
