Snake Alley Noodles

- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry shopping list
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1 pound ground pork shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1/2 cup green onion (green and white parts) thinly sliced shopping list
- 8 ounces small cooked shrimp, peeled shopping list
- 12 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained shopping list
How to make it
- Combine soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch and water. Set aside.
- In large skillet over medium-high heat saute pork, ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes until pork is browned and cooked through.
- Add green onion and cook 1 minute, stirring.
- Add soy sauce mixture and cook until mixture boils and thickens slightly.
- Add shrimp and heat through.
- Combine with cooked pasta.
