Ingredients

1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

2 tablespoons dry sherry

4 teaspoons cornstarch

1 cup water

1 pound ground pork

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1/2 cup green onion (green and white parts) thinly sliced

8 ounces small cooked shrimp, peeled

12 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained

Directions

Combine soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch and water. Set aside.

In large skillet over medium-high heat saute pork, ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes until pork is browned and cooked through.

Add green onion and cook 1 minute, stirring.

Add soy sauce mixture and cook until mixture boils and thickens slightly.

Add shrimp and heat through.

Combine with cooked pasta.
