Ingredients

How to make it

  • You can Grill or broil them.
  • I usually Grill them because it's easier to make sure they don't burn.
  • You can pretty much put anything on them that you have a taste for at the moment.
  • Again they go great with a cold beer!!!
  • I usually use a Griddle also when I make these.
  • Heat your Griddle up to a medium heat, Place your Tortilla on your Griddle.
  • Each side for 2 seconds each.
  • Now place your toppings all to one side of your Tortilla.
  • Fold over turn it over one last time.
  • Put it on a plate cut it and enjoy:)

    Hi Shawn its been awhile since I last stopped in.
    This recipe is going to be of good use Saturday night. We are having a backyard party and everyone is tired of grilling out all the usual steaks and burgers already so the gang decided to have a backyard mexican feast night. And this is an excellent dish to put on the grill and of course the cold beer will be there too. Thank you so much for the great recipe.
