How to make it

  • Combine apple cider and pork loin roast in large zip-top plastic bag
  • Seal and marinate in fridge for about 8 hours.
  • Remove roast from bag, discard the cider
  • Combine sugar, mustard salt, pepper, garlic
  • Rub over roast
  • Roll the roast in the chopped pecans
  • Place roast in pan (may line in foil)
  • Bake at 325 or 350 degrees for about 2 hours
  • Or until thermometer registers 160 degrees
  • Remove from oven
  • Let stand for 10 minutes
