How to make it

  • In one bowl mash the avacados, lime juice, green pepper sauce and half of the salt until smooth.
  • In a different bowl mix together the sour cream, cilantro and the remaining salt.
  • Layer the serving bowl with the bottom and top layers being the avacado mixture and the sour cream mixture in between.
  • Put the diced tomatos and red onions on top.
  • A little side note...I usually add a dollop of sour cream and a little bit of cilantro on the top to make it look prettier!! Enjoy!!!!!
