Ingredients
- 1/3 cup shortening shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- Topping shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients except those for topping; pour in greased muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until tester comes out clean.
- Topping: Melt butter in shallow dish. Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Dip muffins in butter and roll in sugar mixture.
