From hyla 17 years agoIngredients
- 1 Large lemon shopping list
- salt shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- Small salmon filet, frozen or not frozen dosn't matter shopping list
How to make it
- You must have a sharp uncreated knife!!
- Cut salmon into very thin pieces, like paper thin (Some times using a frozen salmon can be easyer to cut thin as it won't crumble as easily)
- Place paper thin slices on a plate (is better if none are over lapping)
- Squeeze an entire lemon onto plate
- Shake salt onto salmon evenly so every piece has about one or two pinches of salt on it.
- Add olive oil as much as you like really, if you like it to be extra zesty dont add as much. Usually a good drizzle, like about 2-3 table spoons per regular size dinner plate is good.
- Let plate sit in fridge or cool area for 5 minutes.
- You should notice that the salmon has changed to a light pink after the 5 minutes. This means it is done!
