Ingredients

How to make it

  • You must have a sharp uncreated knife!!
  • Cut salmon into very thin pieces, like paper thin (Some times using a frozen salmon can be easyer to cut thin as it won't crumble as easily)
  • Place paper thin slices on a plate (is better if none are over lapping)
  • Squeeze an entire lemon onto plate
  • Shake salt onto salmon evenly so every piece has about one or two pinches of salt on it.
  • Add olive oil as much as you like really, if you like it to be extra zesty dont add as much. Usually a good drizzle, like about 2-3 table spoons per regular size dinner plate is good.
  • Let plate sit in fridge or cool area for 5 minutes.
  • You should notice that the salmon has changed to a light pink after the 5 minutes. This means it is done!

I book marked this and will give it a try.
This is a hot trend these days, the acid cooks the fish without heat.
