Lite Sweetened Condensed Milk Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup warm water

1 cup Splenda Granular

1 1/3 cup instant skim milk powder

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a blender.

Whirl at high speed until mixture is creamy.

Chill at least overnight.

Equals one can of sweetened condensed milk.
