Slow Cooker Harvest Sausage Vegetable Casserole

- 3 Tbl zesty Italian dressing shopping list
- 1 Tbl Dijon mustard shopping list
- 2 Medium unpeeled potatoes, cut into 1 inch slices (2 Cups) shopping list
- 2 medium onions, sliced (1 1/2 Cups) shopping list
- 2 medium carrots, vut into 1 inch pieces shopping list
- 2 cups of green cabbage, chopped shopping list
- 1 ring turkey kielbasa, cut into 1 inch slices (or use the salty one, if you must) shopping list
- 1 can (14.5 oa) diced tomato with green pepper, celery and onion, UNdrained shopping list
How to make it
- Mix dressing and mustard
- Arrange potato slices in an even layer in a 3 1/2 to 4 qt slow cooker
- Drizzle with 1/3 of dressing mixture
- Arrange onion slices on potatoes; drizzle with 1/3 of dressing mixture
- Top with carrots and cabbage; drizzle with remaining dressing
- Arrange sausage slices on vegetables. Pour tomatoes enenly over sausage
- Cover and cook 6 to 7 hours on low or until vegetables are tender
