Grilled Marinated Salmon With Cucumber Sauce

- salmon marinade shopping list
- 1/4 Cup lite soy sauce shopping list
- 3 Tbl lemon juice shopping list
- 2 Tbl water shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp onion powder shopping list
- 1 salmon fillet, about 1 inch thick(2 - 2 1/4 lbs) shopping list
- 2 tsp vegetable oil shopping list
- cucumber Sauce shopping list
- 1/2 Cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh or 1/2 tsp dried dill weed shopping list
- 1 tsp cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 tsp onion powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 2/3 Cup chopped, unpeeled cucumber shopping list
How to make it
- Mix marinade ingredients in a zip-lock freezer bag.
- Cut salmon in half and add to bag; marinate 30 minutes
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine sauce ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until serving time
- Heat grill; brush skin side of salmon with oil
- Place salmon skin side down on grill
- Cover grill and cook over medium heat 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork
- Cut into each fillet into 4 pieces
- Serve with chilled sauce
