How to make it

  • Mix marinade ingredients in a zip-lock freezer bag.
  • Cut salmon in half and add to bag; marinate 30 minutes
  • Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine sauce ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until serving time
  • Heat grill; brush skin side of salmon with oil
  • Place salmon skin side down on grill
  • Cover grill and cook over medium heat 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork
  • Cut into each fillet into 4 pieces
  • Serve with chilled sauce
