These scrumptious meatballs are usually served at get togethers. They are a great party starter.

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 can 12oz. evaporated milk
  • 2 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
  • 1 cup finally chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3 pounds of ground beef
  • SAUCE:
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

Directions
  1. In Lg. bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place in three greased 13 x 9 inch baking dishes.
  2. Combine the sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake,uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
