For those who have nothing against using cake mixes every now and then give this a try.
Ingredients
- To make better boxed cake mixes, stir the following ingredients shopping list
- into a dry cake mix. shopping list
- 3/4 c. flour shopping list
- 1/2 c. sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- Prepare as directed on cake mix package but also add: shopping list
- 1/3 c. water shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil shopping list
- Bake as package directs. shopping list
