Ingredients

How to make it

  • combine dry cake mix, 1 1/4 cup root beer, oil and eggs. Beat on low for 3 minutes.
  • Pour into greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
  • Cool completely.
  • Combine whipped topping mix and remaining root beer. beat until soft peaks form.
  • Frost cake.
  • Store in refrigerator.

    Root beer is my daughter's favorite...and her birthday is coming up in April. Last year I made a frozen ice cream cake...This sounds so much easier!!! Thanks!
