Mississippi Mud Cake

- 1 cup Wesson Oil shopping list
- 1/3 cup cocoa shopping list
- 4 eggs (whole) shopping list
- 1 3/4 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups self rising flour shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
- 2 cups chopped nuts shopping list
- 1 bag small marshmellows shopping list
- Icing: shopping list
- 1 1/2 stick margarine shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 box powdered sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup cocoa shopping list
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts shopping list
How to make it
- Mix ingredients and bake in oblong cake pan, greased and floured, bake at 300 degrees for 30 to 45 min.
- Cover with marshmellows when removed from hot oven
- Icing:
- Mix ingredients on top of stove in sauce pan.
- Melt and stir very well but do not cook....
- Pour over cake while it is still warm
