Bills Old Time Savory Meatloaf

Have cooked this for over 25 years and it's always a favorite.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. lean ground beef (93% lean) shopping list
- 1/2 cup tomato juice shopping list
- 1/2 cup ketchup shopping list
- 3 or 4 tbs Worchester sauce shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/4tsp onion powder shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 pinch sage shopping list
- 2 cups soft breadcrumbs shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup ketchup (more ketchup for top) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix and shape into 8x8 or 9x5 dish or pan
- Spread ketchup over the top.
- Bake for 1 hour @ 350deg
- Add crumbled chips or french fried onions on top about half way through baking time.
- I always take liberties with the ingredients. I am more of a dump cook than one that is precise in measurements.

I've got a recipe called "The World's Last Meatloaf" with half a page of ingredients. We tried it and were not impressed. This sounds much better!
