How to make it

  • Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well and press out excess water.
  • In medium sauce pan combine milk, oil, garlic, hot sauce, cream cheese, salt and heat thoroughly.
  • Stir in spinach.
  • Served warm or chilled.
  • 16 servings

    Interesting - I'm certain I would love this, as I love everything in it, and spread it on some crackers or toasted english muffin or fried pita? Yum!!!!

    This sounds great. Do you add the cream cheese when you add the spinach or when you are cooking the other ingredients? I have everything in the house to make this now!!
