Warm Spinach Garlic Spread Recipe

Ingredients

1 package frozen chopped spinach(10oz size)

1/4 cup milk

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 teaspoons bottled roasted garlic

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 dashes hot sauce (your favorite kind)

1 1/2 cream cheese (8 oz size)

Directions

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well and press out excess water.

In medium sauce pan combine milk, oil, garlic, hot sauce, cream cheese, salt and heat thoroughly.

Stir in spinach.

Served warm or chilled.

This sounds great. Do you add the cream cheese when you add the spinach or when you are cooking the other ingredients? I have everything in the house to make this now!!
