How to make it

  • To make the sauce, chop the garlic.
  • Add the seeded and chopped chili, (use a mezzaluna if you have one) and the flat parsley.
  • Continue to chop until fine.
  • Put into a bowl with the olive oil and season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
  • Pour into squeeze bottle if not using immediately.
