How to make it

  • Using a large skillet, brown rice in margarine with onion and bell pepper.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
  • Bring to a boil, then lower heat to simmer.
  • Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is asorbed and rice is done.
  • Add more water if needed.
  • Add salt and pepper when done, if desired.
