Here is a simple recipe for one of the best hot fudge sauces around. Its made from only three ingredients with the use of a microwave. You can refrigerate this for several weeks. Ingredients
- 1 12 ounce bag of bittersweet or semisweet chocolate chips. Use a good chocolate! The better the chocolate, the better the sauce! shopping list
- 1/2 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup honey shopping list
How to make it
- Place the cream into a microwave glass bowl.
- Add the chips and microwave for 2 minutes.
- Remove from microwave and stir.
- Add honey and stir.
- Refrigerate until cold or reheat for hot fudge sauce.
- Serve over ice cream, plain cakes, cheesecake, brownies etc.,.

- 2 scoops of coffee ice cream covered in fudge sauce, one scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle covered in butterscotch sauce or caramel sauce.. sprinkle with toasted almonds and add fresh whipped cream on top.
