How to make it
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Stir liquid ingredients together in a separate bowl. Stir liquids into dry. Pour 1/4 cup of batter on hot greased griddle. Fry until brown on one side and then flip and brown second side. If your batter is too thick add a little more soymilk. If it is too thin, add a littie cornmeal. Serve hot and top with butter, syrup, or whatever you like.
