These are the Italian cookies everyone sees on holiday trays and on tables at Italian weddings. Spongy, citrusy, addictive.

One of the best parts of wedding is the cookies that all the Aunts baked. Love this post, great recipe to share.

These are wonderful...thanks for the post!

My little,(4'8" ) Italian grandmother used to make these, I love them, thanks for bringing back some great memories.

My mother and I use to make these all night long some with anise and other flavorings.
Nothing like home made

Michael

Yum. Thanks for the post. these will go in my cookie box.

My mom and I made these yesterday (OK, she made them. I watched, and ate.) They are so good, and so cute! She used all different kinds of sprinkles. Delicious! Kids loved them too. There were sprinkles all over the house. Thank you!

These are a favorite of my Mom's recipes, everyone asks for them on Holidays, will try yours and compare, thanks
Janet

Awsome recipe thanks bunches

I'm going to make these. My parents will love them. It is rare you see a cookie recipe that uses oil rather than butter or shortening. I like it! It is better for you!

I'll make these but I'll use my small stainless steel ice cream scoop to shape them. It makes it really easy and they all come out the same size.

I forgot to mention what a great picture you took!
The plate of these is guaranteed to make someone smile!!!
