Shirley Salad

I'm not sure why this is called Shirley salad, I guess that's the original creator's name. Yummy!
Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli, chopped shopping list
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped shopping list
- 1 large zucchini, diced shopping list
- 1 large red pepper, seeded and diced shopping list
- 1 large yellow pepper, seeded and diced shopping list
- 10 strips bacon, crumbled shopping list
- 6 oz cheddar cheese, shredded shopping list
- Dressing shopping list
- ---------- shopping list
- 2 c mayonnaise shopping list
- 6 Tbsp apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 c – 3/4 c sugar, to taste shopping list
- 8 oz coleslaw dressing shopping list
How to make it
- Combine and chill.
