Ingredients

How to make it

  • Put the meat ,the egg and some breadcrumbs into a bowl, season gently and mix it up.
  • Shape the meat into walnut size balls. Set aside.
  • Put the garlic, chilipeppers, cumin and salt into a little bowl. Mix it.
  • Heat the oil in a pot. Put the chili-mix into the pot and cook it for 3 min.
  • Add chickpeas, diced tomatos, then chicken stock. Mix well and bring to boil. Cook for 15 min. and stir occassionally.
  • Blend well with a hand blender until smooth.
  • Bring to boil again and put into the soup the tomato puree and the little meatballs (little water, salt if necessary). Cook for 15 min.
  • Serve with lot of soft bread.
