How to make it

  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda and spices. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, adding yogurt, milk and pumpkin puree. Mix well.
  • Pour egg mixture into flour mixture and stir until just blended.
  • Spoon batter onto a preheated, oiled griddle. Cook pancakes on low-med heat for about 4-6 min, flipping after 3 min.

    Mmm, pumpkin is an interesting ingredient, I bet they turn out real creamy. I use a hidden ingredient as well in my 4-ingredient pancakes. Everyone loves them but can never guess that cottage cheese is one of the main ingredients. You would love them! They're also really healthy: World's Healthiest Pancakes
