Ingredients

How to make it

  • In saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, cinnamon and juice from canned beets to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Pour over sliced beets and onion.
  • Cover and chill overnight. (Stir occasionally if you think of it!)
