This sounds good but What is Tony`s seasoning? and also what is Angel Hair Pasta.? I have never heard of this. Maybe it is not sold in the U.K. What do I use as an alternative please?

Tony's seasonings is a brand name of creole
mixture of seasonings....or cajun as some may call it....Angel hair pasta is the small fine pasta like regular long speghetti... just smaller...You could use just regular long pasta

What's in Tony's seasoning mix? We can't buy it here.

I would assume that with the clarification of creole/cajun, any other brand with similar terminology would likely work. I know Emeril's Essence in all of it's various varieties are available in my grocery store, and likely throughout the US. He has his Original Essence as well as Creole Essence, a.k.a. Bayou Blast. These are all available on the shelf at grocers, or you can go to Food Network or to Emeril's webpage to get the recipes for these spice blends.

Had to try this... WONDERFUL
