Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a non-stick skillet, melt butter and add ham slice over
  • medium-high heat.
  • Score the edges of the ham, if necessary, to keep slice from curling.
  • Saute ham for 2 minutes and turn it over.
  • Sprinkle on brown sugar and cloves.
  • Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add crushed pineapple.
  • Turn heat to medium-low and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Cover with lid, turn heat to low and cook for 25 minutes
  • turning ham slice once.
  • Serves 3. (Serves 2 with a leftover ham slice for a
