How to make it

  • Combine coconut, milk, powdered sugar and butter. Roll into balls; (this is where you can place an Almond on each ball and press enough to stick) chill 4 hours.
  • Combine chips and paraffin in double boiler. Dip balls into chocolate mixture. Place on wax paper to dry.
  Close

    these look great. i was wondering how you make the chocolate balls look like that? i've tried to make chocolates before and when i have to dip them into chocolate, they don't end up looking that nice...so i was wondering if there was a trick or any special utensils?? thanks!

    YUM, I want some of them NOW! Shame on you for tempting me with these during Lent LOL If I could give you more then a 5 I certainly would, I love chocolate and coconut.
