  • 1 pound flaked coconut
  • 1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 pound powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Whole almonds (optional) for those who like Almond Joy's
  • Syrup:
  • 3 packages (6 ounces each) chocolate chips
  • 1/4 pound paraffin wax

Directions
  1. Combine coconut, milk, powdered sugar and butter. Roll into balls; (this is where you can place an Almond on each ball and press enough to stick) chill 4 hours.

These look great. i was wondering how you make the chocolate balls look like that? i've tried to make chocolates before and when i have to dip them into chocolate, they don't end up looking that nice...so i was wondering if there was a trick or any special utensils?? thanks!
