This recipe is courtesy of the most vile, revolting jackass on the planet, who I just happen to live and share a kitchen with. Also, a glaring example of why I don't use anyone's cookware but my own.

Ingredients
  • 1 Whole Fish, any kind
  • 2 pints of Vegetable Oil
  • Wok
  • Lots and lots of Imodium AD

Directions
  1. Chop the fish into 2" pieces.
  2. Spill all over the floor and leave it sitting there for about an hour to absorb as much dirt, and accumulate as much bacteria as possible.
  3. Heat the Oil in a large Wok until super hot.
  4. Pick up off the floor, toss the nasty, smelly, diseased pieces of fish into the heated oil.
  5. Cook for approximately 20 minutes, or until you're convinced that all the dirt and bacteria has cooked out, even though you're wrong.
  6. Eat, try not to gag, and enjoy the days ahead of popping Imodium like candy.

Why are you leaving the fish on the floor for an hour before picking it up? And then cooking it...And then putting the recipe up on a cooking site? WHY?

I didn't do this, my super did. C'mon, I'm health dept. certified, you really think I'd be responsible for this catastrophe? It was a joke. A JOOKKEEE...for you to laugh at. Haha. Oy vey, nevermind. The funniest thing is that the Recipe Robot thinks I'd like this recipe. lol

LOVE these hilarious recipes! Keep em coming! On a site with some "oh to serious" folks this is a relief! :D :D :D

What kind of recipe is this? Very offensive. Think if you stay with group recipes, you should clean up your act!!!!!!!

There may be some who think we are too serious but this is not a comedy site. Go somewhere else. Leave us alone!!!

OK, I'm sorry but I have to agree with erisgrrrl...chefmal, I think you're very funny. (If others don't appreciate your humor, then they don't have to read it). Also, you have some good, clever recipes. Keep them coming.

Rml is right....This site is for everyone and not all recipes are gonna be for me...If I didn't like it I could have just moved on...Please accept my apology.

Hilarious!

I like to be surprised every once in a while with a joke recipe chefmal. Love you sense of humor.

Funny!

Obviously chefmal is real mad at his "Super" for something they did and he wants everyone to know it. Mission accomplished. Now let’s all move on and get back to some good cooking :)

P.S. The robot said that I might not like it. LOL

I think there is room for every type of cook on this site, and in this world, so that includes you. If someone knows how you are , then they shouldn't visit your page or your recipes! It's personal choice! As for me, I have not one problem with you.

Wow I just love to see these every once in a while. What a hoot. Have you seen the one about cooking possum? Hilarious! Thanks you just made my day! MJ

I guess you are right. I don't have to check it out. Please accept my apology!

Why only an hour on the floor...that doesn't give the roaches and flies very long to lay their eggs in it!! C'mon...we need to add some flavor to this! MAGGOTS AND ROACHES ARE JUST THE TICKET!!

Great sweet and sour/(sewer) mix. Can't wait to try this one :) Can I sub the Imodium for Pepto?

Hilarious.
