Ingredients
- 3 (11-oz) cans tomatillos
- 1-2 fresh jalapeño peppers, stem removed
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled
- ¼ to 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
- 2 teaspoons coarse salt
- Juice of half a lime (or use the whole lime – up to you)
Directions
- Purée all ingredients in a blender.
- Makes about 3 cups.
