Snow Balls Recipe
SNOW BALLS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Stinson Estate in Fort Worth, Texas in 1992.

These are very fragile. Had to wait until they cooled to pick them up or they would fall apart. They still fell apart when cool but I managed to save half the batch. Pick them up on both sides and pop the entire thing in your mouth. If you try to bite them, they crumble.

Very tasty. A little dry at the beginning when the ball crumbles in the mouth but saliva quickly brings the flavor out.

Would like to see you add something into the recipe to make them less fragile, say 1 egg white maybe.
