Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 C. margarine melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 C. coconut
  • 1/2 C. chopped nuts
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (1 lb) pkg. powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 t. vanilla

Directions
  1. Mix together cake mix, melted margarine and 1 egg.
  2. Press this mixture into an oblong baking pan. Add a layer of coconut and chopped nuts.
  3. Mix together cream cheese, 2 eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread over coconut and nuts;
  4. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and cut into small squares.
