Ooey Gooey Butter Bars

The servings on this recipe again depends on what size you cut them and how many you eat. LOL Very yummie - do enjoy
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1/2 C. margarine melted shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 C. coconut shopping list
- 1/2 C. chopped nuts shopping list
- 1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese shopping list
- 1 (1 lb) pkg. powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 t. vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together cake mix, melted margarine and 1 egg.
- Press this mixture into an oblong baking pan. Add a layer of coconut and chopped nuts.
- Mix together cream cheese, 2 eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread over coconut and nuts;
- Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and cut into small squares.
