Ingredients
  • `3 Cups Fish Fry or Corn Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Dried Parsley
  • 2 Cups Oil for frying
  • 1-1/2 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 3 Lbs. Peeled Crawfish Tails
  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 1 Tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp. Salt

Directions
  1. In a bowl, mix flour, corn flour, parsley, pepper, cayenne, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix eggs and milk
  3. Dip crawfish tails in egg and milk mixture,
  4. then drop coated tails in flour mixture.
  5. Shake excess off and drop in very hot oil (deep fry).
  6. Cook until brown.
