Coconut Pecan Cream Cheese Pie Recipe

A yummy and very quick dessert.This recipe makes 2 delectable pies.

Ingredients
- 1 stick of butter ( not margarine)
- 2 C. or more coconut
- 2 C. of pecans
- 3 8 oz.pkgs cream cheese
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 graham cracker crusts
- Cool whip,optional
Directions
- Melt butter and add coconut and pecans.
- Set aside and let cool.
- Mix sweetened condensed milk and cream cheese thoroughly
- Pour into the two graham cracker crust.
- Put the coconut and pecans on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Top with cool whip.

I really love the sound of this! Can someone perhaps give me an idea how many grams a "stick of butter" may be. Here in South Africa they are normally 500g. I think that's a stick?
