This cheesecake is light tasting even after a big meal. Wonderful flavor combination, very creamy!
It's a bit of work but worth the trouble!

I made my first New York cheesecake tonight and couldn't figure out why the top cracked until I read your recipe and seen that I was supposed to use a water bath to bake set the pan in as it baked. Next time I'll know better :( This recipe sounds awesome! You can bet I'll be trying it next time and I'm sure it will be worth the extra effort. Great Post! Thanks for sharing!
