Ingredients
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 3 tbls. cold water
  • 2 tbls. soy sauce
  • 1 tbls. corn starch
  • 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp garlic minced
  • 3/4 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into thin bite size pieces
  • 1 tbls. cooking oil
  • 3 cups coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
  • 1/3 cup hoisin sauce

Directions
  1. Wrap tortillas in foil and heat in 350 oven for 10 minutes
  2. Stir next 6 ingredients in mixing bowl until well combined
  3. Heat oil over medium high heat in large skillet or wok
  4. Add pork and stir fry 2-3 minutes until no longer pink
  5. Push meat to side of skillet and add sauce to center
  6. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly(about 2 minutes)
  7. Add slaw mix and stir to coat and warm through
  8. To assemble
  9. Spread hoisin sauce onto 1/2 of tortilla
  10. Place about 1/2 cup of pork mixture onto center of tortilla
  11. Wrap up and enjoy

Alterations


Just a little suggestion. When I make this I add mushrooms. Depending on what I have on hand.. I like the straw mushrooms or shitaki mushrooms best with this. Thanks for the Wonderful recipe!!!
