Here is a different version of the everyday Cosmo that is sure to make you a huge fan! I created this drink in a past life when I was bartending. Enjoy! Also referred to as a "Sunburn" because its the same color as a sunburn on your skin and smells like suntan lotion on the beach!
Ingredients
- 2 ounces of coconut rum shopping list
- 1 ounce peach schnapps shopping list
- 1 ounce cranberry juice shopping list
- 1 ounce pinapple juice shopping list
- Twist of orange peel shopping list
How to make it
- This cocktail can be made straight up in a martini glass or over ice in a pint glass. The preparation is excatly the same.
- In a shaker cup half full of ice, combine the 2 liquors and 2 juices in the quanities mentioned above. Cover the shaker cup tightly and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds. Strain out into a "chilled" martini glass, or a pint glass full of ice. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
- Kick back and enjoy this awesome summer cocktail.
- Smile uncontrolably.
- Repeat!
