Ingredients
- 2 ounces of Coconut Rum
- 1 ounce Peach Schnapps
- 1 ounce cranberry juice
- 1 ounce pinapple juice
- Twist of Orange peel
Directions
- This cocktail can be made straight up in a martini glass or over ice in a pint glass. The preparation is excatly the same.
- In a shaker cup half full of ice, combine the 2 liquors and 2 juices in the quanities mentioned above. Cover the shaker cup tightly and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds. Strain out into a "chilled" martini glass, or a pint glass full of ice. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
- Kick back and enjoy this awesome summer cocktail.
- Smile uncontrolably.
- Repeat!
