These are a healthy munchie for any kid or grown up....very delicious snack.... Hope you enjoy!!!! This is from the Capitol Cookies Cookbook....

Ingredients
  • 2 cups quick cooking oats
  • 1 bag miniature marshmellows (10 1/2 oz size)
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup sesame seed
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 cups crisp rice cereal
  • 1 cup Macadamia nuts
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions
  1. Toast oats and sesame seed in skillett, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
  2. Melt marshmellows, peanut butter, and butter over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Add oats, sesame seed, and remaining ingredients.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  6. Cool and cut into bars.
  7. Makes 48 bars.
