- 1 cup fine bulgur wheat shopping list
- 3 bunches Italian parsley shopping list
- 3 medium tomatoes shopping list
- 1 large bunch scallions shopping list
- 2 lemons juiced shopping list
- 2 Tbsps garlic minced shopping list
- 1/2 cup olive oil or to taste shopping list
- salt and pepper(black) to taste shopping list
- garden mint (quarter bunch) shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse bulgur with cold water and discard water. Add half of the lemon juice to bulgu. Finely chop parsley leaves and mint. Chop scallions and tomatoes into small pieces. Add garlic
- Mix all ingredients and let sit for an hour in refregarator.
- Serve with crisp romaine lettuce leaves

I don't think that I have ever tasted anything that sounds like this so I will try for sure. I like to try different things.
