Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cut the Haas in half remove the peel and thinly slice the halves. After slicing quarter the slices in to bit size chunks. Place into salad bowl.
  • Cut the Plum tomatoes in half and scoop out the seeds and the placenta. Then dice and place in bowl with chunked Haas
  • Dice the 1/3 cup of red onion and place in bowl with the other ingredients
  • Finely chop the Cilantro and sprinkle (in increments) and mix the ingredients together in the bowl
  • Roll the limes on the counter to bruise them for juicing. Squeeze over the mixture in the bowl
  • Now add the salt, pepper and chili flakes to the bowl and mix throughly. You are now ready to serve. You always want to make this right before serving due to the Avocado's tendency to brown quickly.
