How to make it

  • Marinate Ahi Fillets in the 8oz of orange juice and 4 oz. Lime juice for 1/2 an hour.
  • Remove Ahi from the marinade, season with the cumin, salt and pepper, and place on pre-heated grill.
  • Dice the avocado, mango and onion and mix in a medium bowl along with the chopped cilantro, 8oz. lime juice and salt. Allow ingredients to "marry" at least 5 minutes.
  • Once the Ahi filets reach the safe temperature and desired doneness, remove them from the grill place them over a bed of coconut rice or a fresh salad and top with the Avocado Mango Salsa.
