Margarita Ahi With Avocado Mango Salsa

- 4, 8 oz Ahi tuna Fillets shopping list
- 8 oz orange juice shopping list
- 4 t ground cumin shopping list
- 1 t salt shopping list
- 1 t cracked pepper shopping list
- 4 avocado shopping list
- 4 mango shopping list
- 8 oz vidalia onion shopping list
- 8 T Chopped cilantro shopping list
- 12 oz lime juice shopping list
- 1 t salt shopping list
How to make it
- Marinate Ahi Fillets in the 8oz of orange juice and 4 oz. Lime juice for 1/2 an hour.
- Remove Ahi from the marinade, season with the cumin, salt and pepper, and place on pre-heated grill.
- Dice the avocado, mango and onion and mix in a medium bowl along with the chopped cilantro, 8oz. lime juice and salt. Allow ingredients to "marry" at least 5 minutes.
- Once the Ahi filets reach the safe temperature and desired doneness, remove them from the grill place them over a bed of coconut rice or a fresh salad and top with the Avocado Mango Salsa.
