How to make it

  • Wash potato well. Do not peel. Slice the potato in half, lengthwise. Then slice each half into 3 or 4 thick lengths. Coat a baking sheet with oil. Place the potatoes on the pan. At this point, you can drizzle the pototoes lightly with oil if you choose - it is not necessary, especially if you are watching your fat intake. Then sprinkle liberally with your seasoning of choice. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 35 minutes. Serve with ketchup or my favorite, steak sauce.
