How to make it

  • Cook pasta according to directions,omitting salt and fat;drain
  • Melt butter in lg. non-stick skillet over med-high heat. Add mushrooms,1/2c onion,shallots,garlic,1tsp.salt,and black pepper;cook 12 mins. or till liquid evaporates and mushrooms are tender;stirring occasionally. Add the wine,cook 2 mins or till liquid evaporates,stirring occasionally. Remove from heat
  • Add pasta,cream,cheese and 2Tbs. parsley,toss to coat. Stir in remaining 1/2tsp salt. Garnish with parsley,if desired. Serve immediately.
