Couldnt Be Easier Pineapple Cake Recipe

Ingredients

CAKE:

2c. sugar

2c. flour

2t. baking soda

2 eggs

1t. vanilla

3/4t. cinnamon

1- 20oz. can crushed pineapple

1c. chopped nuts

ICING:

8oz. cream cheese

1/2 stick butter

1 & 1/3c. confectioner's sugar

1t. vanilla

Directions

FOR CAKE:

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl by hand.

Pour into 9x13" ungreased pan.

Bake 45 min. @ 350F.

FOR ICING:

Mix all ingredients well.

Spread over slightly warm cake.

Sprinkle cake with chopped nuts.
