Couldnt Be Easier Pineapple Cake Recipe

This cake is so easy throw together at the last minute for unexpected guests. Most to all of the ingredients are pantry staples ... and most importantly, it is soooo yummy!

Ingredients
- CAKE:
- 2c. sugar
- 2c. flour
- 2t. baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1t. vanilla
- 3/4t. cinnamon
- 1- 20oz. can crushed pineapple
- 1c. chopped nuts
- ICING:
- 8oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 & 1/3c. confectioner's sugar
- 1t. vanilla
Directions
- FOR CAKE:
- Mix all ingredients together in large bowl by hand.
- Pour into 9x13" ungreased pan.
- Bake 45 min. @ 350F.
- FOR ICING:
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Spread over slightly warm cake.
- Sprinkle cake with chopped nuts.
