HONEY GARLIC WINGS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Webb Estate in Grand Prairie, Texas in 1987.

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 5 garlic cloves minced

Directions
  1. Trim wings then season with garlic salt and arrange in rectangular baking dish.
  2. Cover with foil and bake at 325 for one hour then drain all liquid.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and simmer five minutes.
  4. Drizzle honey mixture over chicken wings and bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
  5. Baste often.
