Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients except preserves until crumbly.
  • Press two-thirds of mixture in ungreased square pan, 9X9X2-inches.
  • Spread with preserves.
  • Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
  • Press gently into preserves.
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light golden brown. (Cookies are done when a toothpick is inserted into the center of the pan. If it comes out wet, they need more time.)
  • Cool completely in the pan. Cut into 48 bars or 18 for a larger bar.

    Made these this morning and they are outstanding....My new favorite dessert...Although I did use walnuts like the recipe calls for instead of pecans.....Gotta go have another one....Thanks....:)
