Thats just fine thank you1

Doesn't sound all that bad. I could use a little more fey magic in my life...if I can find some elder berries. Thanks for posting this.

Could I use blackberries?

What is loaf sugar???

A large conical loaf of concentrated refined sugar.

I have made elderberry wine before and it was amazing. I am sure this will be even more so. See fairies will be an added bonus. Thanks for the terrific post!
