Roasted Fingerling Potatoes With Garlic

- 2 Lbs fingerling potatoes shopping list
- 5 cloves of garlic, crushed and finely minced shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary (crush a little) shopping list
- coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste shopping list
- (I used 1 tsp. salt) shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 450
- Lightly grease a large shallow baking dish with olive oil or spray.
- Scrub potatoes and cut large ones in half length wise.
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, garlic, olive oil, rosemary, pepper and salt.
- Place potatoes in shallow baking dish with sliced ones skin side down.
- Bake for 25 min or until potatoes are tender.
