Pork Chops with Chili Apricot Glaze

- 1/4 cup apricot jam ( or preserves) shopping list
- 1/4 cup chili sauce shopping list
- 1 tbls. sweet hot mustard (or brown mustard) shopping list
- 1 tbls. water shopping list
- 4 boneless pork chops, 1 inch thick shopping list
How to make it
- Turn oven on to broil
- Combine apricot jam, chili sauce, mustard and water in a small saucepan
- Cook over medium heat until heated through
- Set aside
- Set chops onto broiler pan
- Broil 4-5 inches form heat for 8 minutes
- Turn chops over and baste with glaze
- Broil for 8-10 more minutes
- Spoon remaining glaze over top before serving
