How to make it

  • Turn oven on to broil
  • Combine apricot jam, chili sauce, mustard and water in a small saucepan
  • Cook over medium heat until heated through
  • Set aside
  • Set chops onto broiler pan
  • Broil 4-5 inches form heat for 8 minutes
  • Turn chops over and baste with glaze
  • Broil for 8-10 more minutes
  • Spoon remaining glaze over top before serving

    I do not eat pork. Do you think I could use this for a fried fish on the side? The glaze, that is.
