Pork Chops With Chili Apricot Glaze Recipe

Got this out of Better Home and Gardens....Can also be cooked on the grill.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup apricot jam ( or preserves)
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1 tbls. sweet hot mustard (or brown mustard)
  • 1 tbls. water
  • 4 boneless pork chops, 1 inch thick

Directions
  1. Turn oven on to broil
  2. Combine apricot jam, chili sauce, mustard and water in a small saucepan
  3. Cook over medium heat until heated through
  4. Set aside
  5. Set chops onto broiler pan
  6. Broil 4-5 inches form heat for 8 minutes
  7. Turn chops over and baste with glaze
  8. Broil for 8-10 more minutes
  9. Spoon remaining glaze over top before serving
