Mexican Casserole

One of our favorite casseroles
Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 can chili beans shopping list
- 1/4 cup onion (chopped) shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 5 oz salsa shopping list
- 1 c grated cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/4 pkg tortilla chips shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Brown meat and onion.
- Add all other ingredients, except cheese and chips.
- Mix well.
- Pour meat mixture in casserole dish.
- Cover casserole with a layer of crushed tortilla chips.
- Cover chips with cheese.
- Bake for 30 min.
